We're excited to announce that our January "Special" guest is Adam Dobres (guitar)! We might even have our duo album "Mandorla" available for purchase :)

First Monday of every Month at Hermann’s Jazz Club!
Doors open at 6:00pm.
Mondays Jan 6th, Feb 3rd, March 2nd, April 6th & May 4th

Master fiddler Pierre Schryer and a different monthly special guest, will present a one-hour Mini-Concert starting at 7pm, and then host a 90min Open Trad Music Session (at 8:15pm). This event is open to all ages including audience members and session participants. Reserve your seats at Hermann’s Jazz Club www.hermannsjazz.com

Session will be led by Pierre Schryer and his guest following their 1-hour performance (and a wee break.) Acoustic Celtic instrumentalists of all levels & all ages are welcome to join the “Open Trad Music Session.”

Listeners are welcome to both the concert and the session.
$12 for General, or $10 for Session Participants.

Islands Folk Festival’s second instalment of the “Messy Desk Concert Series” is going to knock it out of the park! Two of the finest musicians around, playing a tiny room—it doesn't get better than this!
Join us for this special series right in the Cowichan Folk Guild Office (third floor at Providence Farm) where we record and stream the performance inspired by NPR's Tiny Desk series, on Wednesday Oct. 16. You'll be able to interact with the artists and hear the stories behind their music, all in a small intimate space. Doors: 7 show: 7:30.
